Refund policy



At ShopBowlingStones.com, we accept returns of unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–8 business days after the return is received.

📦 Return Shipping & Packaging

Items must be returned in original condition using an outer box or poly mailer. Do not tape or label directly on the product packaging.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Store credit
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Drilled or engraved bowling balls
  • Closed out items

 


⚠️ Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused without our approval or returned due to incorrect address, any additional shipping or carrier fees will be charged to the customer.

 


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
Email photos to support@shopbowlingstones.com for assistance.

 


🎳 Bowling Shoes Policy

Shoes must be tried on only in a clean, dry area.
A photo of the soles and heels is required before return approval.
Used shoes will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and properly protected.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused, and return shipping charges may apply.
